Here’s how it works:
The challenge takes place from 8/17 to 8/23.
Every day you will:
1. Watch 1-2 short daily videos
2. Journal or implement
3. Do your daily self-love action (Explained in Day 1)

Intro Video (Watch this first!)
Day 1: Your Challenge for Clarity
Journal out/think about what it means to love yourself 100%. Pick 1 thing that you’re going to do for the next 7 days that you want to do. It can be spending time with yourself, learning something new, reading a book, doing something you’ve been wanting to do, but can never find the time to do it. Just pick 1 thing and let us know in the group what you’ve chosen!
Day 2: The Thing That Can Hold You Back
Pick one affirmation that makes you feel amazing. Use one from the video or come up with your own that you love. Write your new affirmation down 10 times starting today in your journal.
Bonus: Post your selected affirmation in the Facebook group!
Day 2: What happens when that thing pops up?
When that thing comes up…
Be aware of negative thoughts that come up during the day and “sweep” them away. Make a conscious decision to not stay on that same thought and move on to something else.
Day 3: Forgiving What Hasn’t Been Done
Step 1: Journal out the things you’re not happy with in your life or the things that you wish you would have done and forgive yourself. Forgive yourself 100% and know that you are on the right path and you are being divinely guided.
Step 2: Pick 1-3 things that you have decided that changes now. These are the things you’re going to actively work towards changing now.
What’s your key takeaway? Is there something that you need to forgive yourself on? Bonus! Post it in the group. What are you forgiving?
Day 3: Releasing
Release it! Whatever is bothering you release it. You are okay, you are being divinely guided and everything is on your side.
Day 4: Creating Your Dream Life – Part 1
Step 1: Journal out what your dream life looks like! Spend 10-15 minutes today journaling out what your dream life looks like. Who are you with, what are you doing, what does your business/career look like, what are you buying? Where are you waking up at? What does your day look like? Journal it out what your dream life looks like if there were NO RESTRICTIONS at all.
Day 4: Creating Your Dream Life – Part 2
Step 2: Pick one thing from your dream life that’s going to anchor you into creating it. Visualize it playing out in your head every single day with a meditation so that you can propel yourself into creating it. Your brain will begin to attract and recognize opportunities to help you get there.
Day 5 – You Create Your Reality & How You Can Stop Yourself from Moving Forward
You Create Your Reality!
You create your reality either consciously or subconsciously. Everything that’s surrounding is a result from a thought or an idea you had in your mind that is either being played out intentionally or unintentionally. But, you can control it! Once you decide that you are in control of your life, then you can create whatever want. But, you have to make sure that you don’t hold yourself back and back everything you do with confidence and clarity.
Day 5 – Your Exercise – What are you holding yourself back on?!
Journal what you’re holding yourself back on. You know what it is! Journal it out. Figure out why you’re holding yourself back on it and write yourself a new story that is the opposite of your fear! Then write a new affirmation that supports it. Then post in the Facebook group, what have you been holding yourself back on that you have decided that you’re going to move forward on!
Day 6 – Getting into Crystal-Clear Clarity
Today think about or journal out what crystal-clear clarity looks like for you. What do you need to do to get in alignment and start seeing things clearly? What do you need to do to re-train your mind? Think this thought and expand on it so that you can begin to see things with crystal-clear clarity. This is the new way… the better way.
Day 7 – What is Grace?
Think about grace and what you want. Take out your journal and look at what you’ve decided changes now. Go deeper into what you want and what you want to intentionally create right now. Expand on what you want until it’s really, really clear. Then set the intention to create that. Program it into your phone, get someone to hold you accountable, but do it. And do it intentionally and move forward. Create what you want to create. Don’t let anything hold you back.
